Beyond The Stars
Album Lyrics
Rampage
A senseless killing rampage
was the headline news affair.
The scent of death prevailed
in the clear yet thickened air.
Age of innocence lost as a quiet place grows up,
to a world where grief and pain are the common
beggars cup.
Are we giving them the answers that their longing
souls need to hear?
(It’s all about love,)
It’s all about freedom,
(It’s all about freedom,)
It’s all about justice.
We must sing it out to a world that’s dying.
(It’s all about love,)
It’s all about living,
(It’s all about believing,)
It’s all about believing,
in the God who died to give us life.
It’s all about Jesus.
It seems to last forever,
the repercussions of this crime.
Will our memories recover,
from this holocaust in our time?
Do you realise a man in history knows what you’ve been through?
A man who died upon a cross - He was an innocent victim too!
Talking ‘bout the answer that our longing souls
desperately need to hear.
He went through anguish and torment and pain,
desperately calling your name.
